It’s ah honour for us to be in SwiftToolKit. Noora is another contribution of ours to build great CLIs. It’s actively being worked on, so any input is appreciated.
This is how shit gets done.
Apple open-sourced Swift Build, and we couldn't be more excited. It represents a new foundation upon which we'll build telemetry and optimization tools to ensure building apps remains fun, regardless of the team or codebase size.

While CI businesses might view this negatively, it's a necessary push for innovation. The scene hasn't seen much improvement in the past year. Different brands offer the same solutions, mainly focusing on the value-cost tradeoff, which is unfortunate.
When open-source and orchestratable Mac data centers reduce costs, innovation will flourish, and CI solutions like GitHub Actions or Buildkite—serving as automation front ends—will become less appealing.
I believe the lack of innovation in Apple's app development DX is due to the high cost of creating ephemeral virtualized environments. Efforts to reduce this cost are still primarily the responsibility of CI providers.
Beautiful
Appreciate the love! 🫶 Git deserves a better UX, and we’re just getting started.
huh cursor is pretty good actually
Is Xcode or xcodebuild hanging, and you're unsure why? We created a handy utility, XCBLoggingBuildService, that wraps XCBBuildService and logs the communication between Xcode and the service. Learn more here:

listen if you're interested in 🌍 geospatial companies or 💰 the existential weight of attempting to run a business or 👴🏻 my feelings on open source and realtime tech and stuff!
Happy to help debug though, that connection should not be causing lag
Hey, yep you can just log out. The logged out project will be saved locally
Compiling and testing your entire Xcode project graph is both costly and inefficient for your team, leading to a work environment that's far from enjoyable. We can give you a hand with our binary caching and selective testing solutions: tuist.dev/blog/2024/1...
