This is why we're committed to highlighting the ROI at @tuistdev. Discover the time savings you're achieving with us in CI and local setups. How do those savings convert into monetary value? These figures not only enhance brand visibility but also simplify sales discussions.
A common misconception is that adding more developers boosts efficiency. However, this often results in poor ROI and coordination challenges that hinder productivity. Developer hours are costly, and larger teams can complicate workflows.

i read that facebook book, 'careless people' and liked it macwright.com/2025/04/06/c...
I lean on open source whenever possible, and we want the same model for Tuist. The mobile development tooling scene is becoming a bit stagnant and abusive. Why? There's too much proprietary innovation.
Second, prices become fairer, and abusive pricing and sales models are less common, as this would lead the community to create cheaper alternatives.
First, it leads to more commodities, making innovation cheaper and more frequent. This isn't the case with proprietary technology.
Obtaining the financial means to contribute more to open source is incredibly tough, but once achieved, it becomes a game-changer for a particular field.
i don't know what to interpret from the fact that nobody on twitter has put two and two together and realized that the sahil in the article is the shl on twitter, there is zero discussion about this, is twitter just really that far gone or is there some valid conspiracy theory here

@effect-ts.bsky.social by now is the most mature structured concurrency library available in TS with an amazing ecosystem and community. Been using it since 2020 and it’s a game changer for taming highly concurrent code.
It's like they were made for each other. 💙

It's very handy! Especially in the context of servers or CLIs, it's a really solid choice.
Shaping the principles, values, and the culture of a new company, albeit challenging, is also a rewarding and interesting challenge. One of our principles is being extremely open - we make public the vast majority of our decision-making and we bet on standards and open web, like bsky or Peertube.
Happy birthday!
As we develop our company, we document our principles and guidelines in a public handbook. Anyone can view it to understand how we operate. Today, I updated our approach to marketing: handbook.tuist.dev/marketing/g...
