Lastly, some model updates:

- Added image support to LMStudio provider.
- Gemini: Added thought signatures support, updated to latest 2.5 models, and implemented diff format for edits.

... and we landed some other agent panel UX polish as well:

- Suggest burn mode when nearing context window limit
- Auto-remove context server settings on MCP extension uninstall
- Header clicks now jump to first modified hunk
- Panel auto-scrolls after message submission
