Building Tuist's new marketing site reminded me why I'm skeptical of utility classes.
Yes, jumping between HTML & CSS files is friction. But reading endless utility classes is its own hell.
CSS variables + nested CSS > any abstraction that hides the platform. AI tools and automations can now deploy code outside Git. Netlify lets you lock production to Git-based deploys only: ✅ Block direct CLI/API deploys ✅ Disable “publish deploy” ✅ Keep a full audit trail A small safeguard for automated deploys.

Stopped fighting it. Some days fluid, others deep. Both amazing, just not same day. This venture math post is so on point for Tuist. VCs rely on ARR multiples that reward fast revenue, missing companies where it's slow but steady. Backwards-looking metrics fail to capture long-term potential.

Something like this would be so much better for MCPs. You could pull them into any environment, for example an iOS app, and safely run them with Wasmtime. I really dislike that I can’t use MCPs on Claude and ChatGPT (iOS)
