not to retread the points again, but if we're talking abundance-as-in-the-book-abundance, it covers most of these points in detail and is not anti-regulation-in-general at all in particular, ceqa and single-family zoning has been exhaustively analyzed through these lenses

Opt-in vs. opt-out isn't a technicality. Many platforms bury data usage in ToS and make you the product by default. We think that's backwards. You should make a deliberate choice, not discover one was made for you.
We don't sell your code or content. We don't train AI on it. We use API vendors specifically chosen because they don't feed your data back into model training.
