Hey Chris, Really appreciate you calling this out, it clearly is a mix up on our end. Apologies for that! We understand how annoying that can be and we appreciate you being a customer with us.
Coming to stable tomorrow: order-agnostic search terms in the file finder!
google staff have responded that they're actually drinking multiple five hour energy drinks at the same time, in a rig that they call '48 hour energy' and this means their adoption of the technology is actually light-years ahead of dick's sporting goods
sorry this is a joke about simonwillison.net/2026/Apr/13/... i was talking to my friend at google and he says that they're only pounding 8 four-hour energy drinks per day there. that's in the ballpark of what i've heard from engineers at dick's sporting goods, i think it's crazy that they're not keeping up with dick's sporting goods
AI use case: Tool orchestration
AI can coordinate your editor, terminal, tests, and documentation in one flow. It turns scattered coding tasks into a single, streamlined workflow.
Our largest pricing change since 2017: Goodbye seat based pricing
98% of bills stay the same or go down.
Five meters. That's the whole model: Bandwidth, Compute, Web requests, Production deploys, AI inference.
$20/month. Unlimited seats. Built for the age of agents.
www.netlify.com/blog/pricing... Usage meter adjustments: Bandwidth: $0.13/GB (up) Compute: $0.07/GB-Hour (up) Web requests: $0.01/10k (down) Form submissions: free No hidden charges for cache, image transforms, or function invocations.
By team size, Netlify Pro runs 11-50% cheaper than the competition. $20/month flat. No seat charges. No Git fees. Run your own numbers.
And Git contributor fees are gone too. Every developer who touched your codebase but didn't have a paid seat was still costing you money. Not anymore.
AI changed who builds software. At Netlify, Finance builds dashboards, Support builds agents, our People team builds internal tools. When everyone's a builder, per-seat pricing is a relic. So we killed it.
We just removed seat-based pricing from Netlify. Pro was $20 + $20 per seat. Now it's $20/month. Unlimited seats. 🧵
