You can manage Prisma Postgres with Alchemy using plain TypeScript.
Instead of wrestling with YAML configs, you can provision databases directly in code. And when you are done, one `app.finalize()` call automatically cleans up orphaned resources. 
Any platform can be provisioned by an agent. The real test is what happens after setup.
