For teams running systematic reviews, this means Elicit can absorb the most labor-intensive stage of the review at recall close to a dual-reviewer human screen.
Try abstract screening at elicit.com. Our evals differ from Gartlehner et al. in many ways, so it’s not an apples-to-apples comparison. But this suggests that Elicit performs roughly as well as a dual-reviewer human screen, with higher specificity. For context, Gartlehner et al. (2020) reports:

Dual-reviewer sensitivity: 97.5%
Dual-reviewer specificity: 68.7% Elicit got the title, abstract, and eligibility criteria for each candidate paper, and returned a yes/no/maybe per screening criterion.
Elicit's results:
Sensitivity: 96.9%
Specificity: 92.5%
Accuracy: 93.2% 
Does Elicit's abstract screening meet the sensitivity requirements of systematic reviews, while also maintaining high specificity?
We evaluated Elicit on this stage using 108 Cochrane reviews. Our dataset included 931 studies that should be screened in, and 5,162 that should be screened out.
