you can attach roles and permissions when you create a key, instead of creating it and editing it after issue it with the right access from the start
you can now share an api key with a one-time link it reveals the secret once, then it's dead. a secure way to hand a key to a teammate or customer without dropping it in slack.
team at @unkey.com
shipped a bunch this week.
- one-time key sharing
- roles + perms at key creation
- per-env build commands
- gateway key auth can enforce a key's named rate limits oh wait, no, it’s as cool as the other side of the pillow
this webpage (and its top-level domain) is as cool as a summer breeze

(via @janefriedman.com’s great newsletter) Watch the full Hot App Summer recap livestream here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9-a... #HotAppSummer wrapped with 380 community-built apps. We expected maybe 10 submissions when it started. Turns out a public leaderboard brings out everyone's arcade high score instincts. Tania and KP recap the summer in this clip. the problems afaict are that the public benefits of corps are always defined so broadly it's hard to ever say they're being violated, and only shareholders with 2% of equity could bring such a suit, so the 'public' in general doesn't have standing to say if the company has gone astray
anthropic is a pbc and openai is a pbc supposedly controlled by a 501c3. the idea of a pbc is that a company states a public benefit in their charter and investors have supposed rights to sue if the company violates that charter benefit.

Built in partnership with Stripe. Fable 5 vs Grok 4.5 vs GPT 5.5
Used Command Code /design, and the exact same prompt.
RESULT:
Grok 4.5 genuinely plays like a polished mobile game.
Fable 5 and GPT 5.5 feel too fast. Everything feels rushed, lacks finish.
Ranking based on DX:
→ Grok 4.5: 9/10
→ Fable 5: 7.5/10
→ GPT 5.5: 7/10 Muse Spark 1.1 by Meta is now available in Command Code.

- Switch with /model coming next week: a self-hostable model server 🐢✨ bring your own key, run local models, or point atuin at your own infra
atuin ai is opt-in, with fine-grained permissions over what it sees: docs.atuin.sh/cli/ai/intro... get the latest with `atuin update`!
full changelog: github.com/atuinsh/atui... atuin 18.17 is out 🐢✨ - 78x faster to open and search - ai can see your terminal - more resilient sync - switch ai models with /model
mild take: any theoretical benefits of the "public benefit corporation" have been disproven by the major ai labs
Not just yet but in the next week or two! We’re releasing a self hostable ai server, you can point it to local models or remote ones with your own keys
Shipped: GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra, and Luna
Sol, the flagship for long-horizon work.
Terra balances intelligence and cost.
Luna for fast, cheap, high-volume jobs.
Switch with /model OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol, Luna, and Terra models just landed in Netlify AI Gateway and Agent Runners. Use the OpenAI SDK in your Functions with no API keys and no configuration. The Gateway handles auth, caching, and rate limiting automatically. www.netlify.com/changelog/gp... Testing an API used to be simple. Then agents showed up, and you don't know which one your user is running or what it decides to do on its own.
AXIS runs real agents against your service and scores the experience.

We tested 4 models in one game. Each result was one-shotted with the same precise prompt to compare capabilities.
For the OS model, we used /𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏 from Command Code.
We’re really surprised that OS models can surpass top-tier models at this level. ❤️ epanet-js is the one piece of software where they announce a 'pipe library' and it's not the pipe operator or visual programming but a literal library of different kinds of pipes, their materials and roughnesses epanetjs.com/blog/2026/07...
