yeah, i'm using web clipper a lot and it's great! but i try not to read any long articles during the day, so i save them to obsidian from web clipper, and then highlighting in obsidian itself isn't very convenient

Don't wait for the perfect starting point. Grab a template, get something live, and start iterating. Tania and KP explain why the best apps come from continuous refinement, not perfect first drafts.

In 2020 an internal memo said we should kill Netlify Drop. In 2026, 60%+ of new signups make their first deploy with it. Wade wrote up 13 years of Drop history: the 2013 commits, the HN false-positive, the sunset debate, and how agents adopted the claim-later flow. www.netlify.com/blog/thirtee... that's a good idea, will look into it!
an @obsidian.md web-clipper approach is sort of my first guess, but the reading/highlighting experience is not great anyone using an instapaper-like thing that's open source / has full-text exports? i ❤️ instapaper and will terribly miss the kobo integration but starting to feel the pull to both data ownership & subscription-minning
Easy to miss: public deploy previews and branch deploys stay vulnerable until they're auto-deleted. Worth deleting them manually.
www.netlify.com/changelog/20... The critical DevTools RCE is local dev only. Upgrade Nuxt with the dedupe flag to refresh your lockfile and pick up the fixed DevTools release.
The DoS issues have minimal impact on Netlify. Autoscaling means a hung function doesn't affect other requests. But active exploitation can run up your function costs.
Caching authenticated pages with cache, swr, or isr route rules? A payload could have been served to the wrong user. Upgrading won't evict it, so purge your upstream CDN too.
Nuxt security update: multiple vulns patched in 4.5.1 and 3.21.10.
Watch the route rule auth bypass. Uppercase keys like /Admin were silently skipped. It's a regression, so 4.4.7 / 3.21.7 isn't enough.
www.netlify.com/changelog/20... what the heck are we calling virtue signaling now
If you're considering the upgrade, we cover the migration steps, compatibility gotchas, and what to expect from real-world performance.
pris.ly/ts-7 We cut our monorepo type-checking time from ~74s to ~24s by upgrading to @typescriptlang.org 7, and removed the CI memory flags we previously needed. That is... pretty amazing.
